Sometimes the patterns we carry didn't begin with us
We are shaped not only by our own experiences, but also by the family systems we belong to. Unresolved losses, trauma, exclusions, relationship patterns and unspoken family dynamics can sometimes echo across generations in ways we may not consciously recognize.
Systemic Family Constellations is an experiential approach that helps bring these hidden dynamics into awareness. By creating a living representation of the family system, we can begin to see relationships and patterns from a different perspective—and open the possibility for greater understanding, resolution and change.
What brings people to Family Constellations?
People come for many different reasons. You may find yourself repeatedly struggling with relationships, feeling that you don't quite belong, carrying grief or emotions that seem larger than the circumstances of your own life, or noticing patterns that continue despite years of insight and personal work.
Others come with questions about family relationships, recurring life patterns, difficulty moving forward, or simply a sense that something deeper may be influencing their experience.
You don't need to know exactly what you're looking for before attending a workshop. Sometimes the constellation itself reveals a perspective that wasn't previously visible.
Meet Your Facilitator - Galina Thomas, LMFT
I've been facilitating Family Constellations in the Houston area for more than a decade. My background as a Marriage and Family Therapist naturally drew me to systemic work and to exploring how our relationships, histories and family systems shape our lives.
My workshops offer a supportive space to experience this work - whether you come to explore an issue of your own, participate as a representative, or simply observe.
